a proud mom of two lovely girls and a lucky wife to a husband who loves me (and good food!).
Like many Chinese families, we grew up with a deep love for traditional flavors — baozi, rice, noodles… they’re part of who we are.
But after living in the U.S. for years, our taste buds began to explore beyond home. My husband still craves the comfort of classic Chinese bao, while our kids are all about burgers and Western-style snacks.
So one day I thought — why not create something we could all enjoy together?
After lots of learning and experimenting, Superbao was born: a soft, steamed bun that combines the soul of Chinese bao with the texture and creativity of Western-style bread.
We call it America-style bao — a little fusion, a lot of love.
All our fillings are handmade with fresh ingredients, no artificial coloring, no flavor enhancers, and no MSG — just honest flavors.
